A company with a long history! For 125 years, Weigl from Waizenkirchen has been planning, manufacturing, assembling and servicing all types of elevator and stair lift systems. In the new extension to the administration building, Weigls history meets a modern and harmonious office concept. The planning of the offices was carried out by Roomware Consulting. Wiesner-Hager supplied the appropriate furniture.

In close cooperation with the management, a sustainable office concept with the latest technical equipment was designed. The very clear ideas about the spatial processes in the building were inculuded to the concept. "The focus was on a consistent design language. The company's brand colors run like a thread through all the rooms," explains Esther Schnötzlinger from Roomware Consulting.

Roomware Consulting supported the development of the office concept and created the design and the detailed planning of all areas, from the group offices, individual offices, employee kitchens, working cafés, meeting and conference rooms and sanitary facilities to the preparation of tenders and the elaboration of details and the color concept.
Embedded in the simple architecture of the extension are multi-layered rooms that allow different work options. A working café serves as a social meeting place on the one hand, but also offers space for relaxed working.
The meeting and conference rooms are equipped with the latest technology. Lounge chairs ensure comfortable relaxation during meetings.
"A particularly nice task was the design of the showroom in the new building, including the company museum," says Esther Schnötzlinger.
The management was keen to work with regional companies and thus strengthen the region. The building was completed in March 2024.
